Abstract
The following paper discusses the importance of the Archaeology of Repression and Resistance in the current Brazilian human rights agenda. Also, itdiscusses if there are any perspectives that the demand ofarchaeological researches grows in the current scenario, after the ending of the works of the National Truth Comission (CNV in portuguese).
