Abstract
Fully sequenced have been glycoprotein-G, sha-psi region, as well as H-end site of the L-gene in the rabies virus strain “Moscow 3253”. Compared are amino acid sequences of proteins of “Moscow 3253” strain and other fixed strains of the virus. Established is 98 % DNA homology with RV-97, and 91% homology with PV (Pasteur virus) strain. Constructed has been phylogenetic tree of the strain under study alongside with various groups of fixed rabies virus. It is revealed that “Moscow 3253” strain has closer genetic relations with Japanese group of strains, than with PV strain. Put forward is an assumption that PV strain does not derive from the virus isolated by Pasteur, but relates to the American group of strains.

Что штамм PV не является производным вируса выделенного Пастером, а относится к американской группе штаммов. Американская ветвь оригинального фиксированного вируса Пастера представлена штаммами PM (Pitman – Moore) и CVS (Challenge virus Stand art): первый адаптирован к мозгу кролика и культуре клеток, второй – к мозгу мыши и культуре клеток [4]. Фиксированный штамм «Овечий» является производным штамма «Москва», полученным в результате 80 пассажей в мозговой ткани овец. С использованием методов культивирования в прививаемых клетках почки детеныша хомячка из штамма «Овечий», был получен фиксированный штамм «Щелково-51» [2]. В результате культивирования в клетках почки сайги штамма «Овечий» был селекционирован фиксированный вирус бешенства штамм РБ-71 [3]. После адаптации этого штамма к культуре клеток почки детеныша хомячка в Покрове получен штамм RV-97, который в 2007 г. Что если геномы штаммов группы PV и американской группы в большинстве сиквенированы, то из российских штаммов полная нуклеотидная последовательность известна только для штамма RV-97 [7]
