Abstract
Primordial nucleosynthesis in a cold or tepid universe is examined in the wide range of baryon/photon ratios 3 x 10/sup -6/ 10/sup -4/ should be ruled out. (2) Heavy elements are synthesized abundantly if lepton degeneracy is weak; especially, the elements /sup 12/C, /sup 13/C, /sup 14/N, /sup 16/O, /sup 22/Na, and /sup 26/Al are abundantly synthesized.
