製備N-P-N 型態之二級氧化磷基並應用於鈀金屬之催化Suzuki-Miyaura交叉耦合反應

Abstract

Heteroatom-substituted secondary phosphine oxides (HASPO), (Ar)2(C2N2H2P(=O)H) (3a, Ar: 2,6-diisoprop-Ph)、(Mes)2(C2N2H2P(=O)H) (3b)、(tBu)2(C2N2H2P(=O)H) (3c)、(Cy)2(C2N2H2P(=O)H) (3d) were prepared. The molecular structures of 3a、3c were determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction methods. The N-P-N type SPO ligands can be applied directly to Suzuki-Miyaura cross-coupling reactions of aryl chlorides and aryl bromides and coupling reactions are resulted in high yields of products.
