Abstract

There are numbers of metal plastic deformation processes such as multistage hot rolling, rotational forging etc. where huge amount of strain is reached. To provide physical simulation of these processes, new tension-compression technique for Gleeble Systems was developed. All standard methods used in physical simulation with the help of Gleeble are described and compared with new technique. Several experiments are made and described in present work to show the difference between standard and developed techniques.
