Abstract
This paper proposes a hypothetical model of the relationship among transformational leadership, team learning ability and team innovation. The model is testified based on the data collected from 51 research teams in 25 universities. The results of the analysis show that transformational leadership has significant positive impact on team learning ability and team innovation, besides team learning ability is partially mediated between transformational leadership and team innovation.
