Abstract

Taking Yangtze River Delta Region as an example, this paper studies the relationship among transformational leadership(TL) and their behaviors, team innovation climate(TIC) and team innovation performance(TIP) under Chinese culture background through multiple linear regression. The results show that TL has a significant positive impact on TIC and TIP; TIC is partial mediator variable of TL and TIP; and it also plays partial mediator role on moral modeling, vision incentive, leader charm, and individualized consideration. It is beneficial to guide management practice to create more innovation and improve competitiveness of enterprises.
