Abstract
On the basis of dynamic trust theory, the paper proposes a synthesized theory model which describes the key influential factors of dynamic collaboration trust in supply chain from the point of organization relationship, which studies the dynamic dissimilar role of factors on collaboration trust in supply chain in differential phase. Forty three supply chain companies with different scales in different fields are chosen to be the objects of experimental research and a sample data of 318 actual members is collected. Factor analysis and structural equation modeling are implemented to validate hypothesizes which are put forward in model. The result shows institution based trust, information sharing, and specific asset investment has dissimilar effect on supply chain cooperation trust in the differential phase of dynamic process, which would provide theory foundation for trust practice of supply chain companies.
