Abstract
In recent decades, process capability indexes have become a popular means of describing the ability of a process to produce products that meet certain specifications, and there have been some disputes on the classical process capability indexes have been some. This paper set forth some new thoughts on the equation of process capability index from many aspects, especially clarifies the wrong view that the qualified rate is zero when equals zero.
