Abstract
Agricultural' quality and safety is the major issues that affect people's livelihood. Tracking of agricultural products' quality and safety is an important means of preventing security issues. Quality and safety traceability for agricultural products is a technology about quality and safety management of agriculture products and control to monitor agricultural products process which is an effective way to improve the quality of agricultural products and create agricultural products brand. After the introduction of the status quo of quality and safety traceability for agricultural products, the paper analyzing the performance from the development of tracking system of agricultural products' quality and safety. It points out the existing problems and restricted elements. Finally the paper also give some referential suggestions on the legal system, standardization, technology and policy etc.
