Abstract

In-service education, as one of the most important ways to cultivate In-service talents, is the key project of educational reform in universities, which provides effective talents support for new economic reform. This paper analyzes the development characteristics (e. g. the connotation, characteristics and basic principles of constructing) and summarizes problem of in-service education in the current situation. Aimed at the vivid characteristics of post-pointing of In-service education, this paper proposes the method of construction to provide valuable suggestions and references for the development of in-service education. The results of teaching practice show that the methods are very good reference that can be provided for teaching and research at In-service education.
