Abstract
Numerical simulation is performed for the gas-liquid two-phase turbulent flow in fluid coupling by using CFD software with Mixture model, PISO algorithm and Realizable turbulence model. The gas-liquid two-phase flow in fluid coupling is investigated by analyzing the distribution of liquid phase, static pressure and velocity vector. The experimental values are analyzed and compared with the braking torque numerical results. To some extent, the simulation results reveal details of the two-phase flow in fluid coupling, and provide references for fluid coupling design.
