Abstract

In the market economy, the pursuit of economic efficiency is always the primary goal of enterprise management. The total labor cost index reflects the total level of labor costs of an enterprise. This paper utilizes break-even analysis to determine the boundaries of the total labor cost control-the maximum and minimum limits. This result can provide the basis for the plan, prediction, and evaluation of business and economic management.
