Abstract

According to public survey, 60% to 80% of the world's business is Family Business. Most Family Businesses are small and medium enterprises which have formed the important strength promoting country economic growth and increasing employment and the tax revenue. In market competition, some Family Business transform or escalate by having made persistent efforts whereas some Family Business stand still. In this work, the active and effective analysis on the complicated relation among the members of Family Business is carried out by using ecology theory. Only by properly handling between the interests of family members and giving extra weight to human resource management, Family Business in the fierce competition will seize opportunities, and ultimately achieve sustainable development.
