Abstract

The emergence of the unknown Covid-19 virus has created new legal situations for lawyers. The laws of different countries had to be able to provide the most favorable legal environment through their legal levers. This article attempts to systematize the main regulatory approaches to regulating the state of emergency and the emergency epidemic situation in the context of the spread of Covid-19 and to do a legal characterization of the epidemic situation in the country in the context of the existing case law. For the purposes of this research a comparative method is used. It is to differentiate and compare the state of emergency and the emergency epidemic situation in the country, which as a legal problem has not been fully studied in the legal literature.
