Abstract

A hysteresis regulator with double synchronization (hereafter, HDS-regulator) realizes one of the promising ways to satisfy efficiency, simplicity and stability of pulse energy conversion. Here we focus on research of peculiar bifurcation-like effects in dynamics of HDS-regulators. Usually, bifurcations and states about bifurcation points mean either beginning or development of abnormal tendencies in pulse system dynamics towards technological risk. However, the bifurcation-like effects systematized and discussed in the paper seem to be rather useful than dangerous ones. We attract the technology of computer-based bifurcation analysis specialized for dynamical systems with variable structures in order to make clear this issue. A practical conclusion on the revealed peculiarities of HDS-regulators dynamics is formulated. We believe that the results could be interesting for researches and engineers in the field of pulse system control.
