Abstract

Nucleon-nucleon scattering phase shifts are determined from an effective NN interaction provided by the central and spin-spin part of the one-gluon-exchange quark-quark potential in the Born-Oppenheimer approximation. The results are compared with corresponding predictions given by conventional ω, ϱ-meson exchange taken from a realistic OBE-potential.
