Abstract
INTRODUCTION: a retrospective analysis of treatment of breast cancer with use of techniques Oncoplastia Breast Clinic of the Mastology Santa Casa de Belo Horizonte with Preservation of Skin and nipple areola complex. MATERIALS AND METHODS: In six years were performed using various techniques Oncoplastia Breast, 326 surgeries to treat cancer Breast, besides the improvement, the combination of these techniques. among the techniques used were grouped into different groups according to criteria described attachment, those patients eligible to undergo surgical treatment with mastectomy areola complex preservation Nipple and / or skin.
