Abstract
A balancing act: The presence of niobium leads to a highly improved performance of nickel–tungsten-based catalysts for the isomerization of cyclohexane (CC6). Importantly, the hydrogenation activity is preserved at high nickel–tungsten ratio and tungsten content.
