Abstract

University digital transformation is no longer an option and has become a top priority for most universities in the world and in Vietnam. In digital transformation, there are three important aspects to consider: people, process and technology. While research in Vietnam focuses a lot on the aspect of change management, from raising human awareness or developing processes, it seems that identifying digital technologies - the potential for digital transformation has not been mentioned much. The article focuses on analyzing and clarifying where and how platform and disruptive technologies are applied in digital university activities. From there, the vision of a complete digital university- the destination of the digital transformation journey- is outlined more specifically.
