Abstract

Evaluate the satisfaction of outpatients who come for examination and treatment at Hanoi Central Hospital of Odonto-Stomatology in 2021-2022. Methods: A cross-sectional descriptive study, conducted from August 2021 to June 2022. Using the questionnaire of the Outpatient Survey Form of the Ministry of Health according to Decision 3869/QD-BYT 2019. Research subjects: 320 patients treated at 8 outpatient departments of the hospital. The study results showed that the overall satisfaction rate reached 98.1%, in which attitude, professional capacity of medical staff accounted for the highest rate with 98.7%. The lowest satisfaction rate for facilities and service facilities accounts for 97.5%. Patient satisfaction about Accessibility, Transparency of information and medical examination and treatment procedures has the satisfaction rate of 97.7% and 98.1%, respectively. In addition, assess the satisfaction. Most of the patients are satisfied with the doctor's expertise and skills 98.7%. Patients who come for examination and treatment at the Hanoi Central Odonto-Stomatology Hospital have a high satisfaction rate of over 90% in all criteria. Hospitals should add lockers for outpatients to come for examination and treatment to improve patient satisfaction with the hospital.
