Abstract
The Medical College of Georgia, Augusta, Georgia, will present a postgraduate medical education seminar on hematologic aspects of child care on September 30 and October 1, 1968. Discussions will include cancer chemotherapy in childhood, management of leukemia, anemias of childhood, and bleeding problems. One afternoon will be devoted to a diagnostic workshop. Guest faculty for the program will be: Dr. James J. Corrigan, Emory University, Atlanta; Dr. Thomas R. Walters, St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, Memphis; Dr. Alvin Zipursky, McMaster University, Hamilton, Ontario, Canada; and Dr. Wolf W. Zuelzer, Director, Child Research Center of Michigan and Director of Laboratories, Children's Hospital, Detroit.
