Abstract
AbstractThe newly proposed instrumental spreading shape function (ISF) of Omorodion and Hamielec1, has been evaluated in a more recent publication2. It has now been applied to reveal the peak broadening capabilities of peak dispersion coefficient in aqueous size exclusion chromatography (SEC), as it relates to the width of the experimental chromatogram. These new theoretical developments have been employed on series of dextran standards/CPG‐10 systems.
