Abstract

The National Association of State Alcohol and Drug Abuse Directors (NASADAD) published a new web tool last week showing how each state uses State Opioid Response (SOR) funding to address opioid and stimulant misuse and use disorders. The SOR grant is $1.52 billion a year and is provided in addition to the Substance Abuse Prevention and Treatment (SAPT) block grant, which for decades has been under $2 billion a year.
