Abstract
The issues of operation of mineral wool thermal insulation of pipelines of heating networks are considered, the design features of its advantages and disadvantages are shown on the basis of the experience of the existing operation, the main criteria for increasing the efficiency and operational reliability of thermal insulation structures were determined, which made it possible to create a new improved type of thermal insulation using effective specially developed thermal insulation materials and reliable sealed metal shell.
