Abstract

The aim of this article is to illustrate the integration of new technologies in agricultural sector, especially in biotechnology laboratories in Vitro. The new technology applying in this project is an automation process of virus - symptom detection in the micro –cut rootstocks that are planted on nutrient medium. Additionally, the comparative analysis of laboratories with and without an automation process on subject-rooted plants in Vitro on the same nutrient medium will be also studied. The annual profit was in this project calculated to be 1.8 mln Russian ruble due to the integration of an automatic system into the laboratory in Vitro.
