Abstract

The main objective of the work is the development and implementation of technology and apparatuses for dry beneficiation of diamond-bearing ores and the creation of a fundamentally new class of modular mobile ore dressing units (MMODU). The article deals with the current state of crushing plants and pneumatic apparatuses. The results of the research of disintegration of lump ore in the DKD-300 crusher and comparison with foreign-made centrifugal impact crushers NP 1007 of the firm "Metso Minerals" by crushing degree are given. The comparative results of the extraction of minerals of different density are given in two types of pneumatic separator with straight and screw-shaped working chambers. The article considers the prospects of introducing dry technologies of mineral processing and beneficiation, which will significantly reduce the cost of diamond production.
