Abstract

The problem of robust stability for uncertain neural networks with time-varying delays is investigated in this paper. The system possesses norm-bounded uncertainties. The time-varying delay function in this paper maybe not continuously differentiable and its derivative may be not smaller than one. Based on Lyapunov-Krasovskii functional approach, some new delay-dependent stability criteria are presented, which are in terms of linear matrix inequalities (LMIs). Numerical example is given to illustrate the effectiveness and less conservative of the developed techniques.
