Abstract
在绝大多数IMN患者肾组织中存在PLA2R、血清中存在抗PLA2R抗体。研究肾移植术后的复发性和新发性MN与抗PLA2R抗体的相关性，有利于进一步揭示MN的发病机制。抗PLA2R抗体的高表达与IMN的自发缓解率低、治疗抵抗率高、大量蛋白尿、肾功能受损有密切相关性。
