Abstract
A new inclinometer, the Soiltest C‐350 Slope Meter, detects angular deviations from the vertical. It warns of potential landslides; detects lateral displacement in earth and rock dams and embankments; locates soil shear zones (as in subsidence areas above mines); and detects deflection and movement of structural members, piles, and bulkheads.
