Abstract

Abstract New tetraphenylporphine complexes of oxomolybdenum(V), MoO(tpp)X(X = NCS and Br), were synthesized, and characterized by means of IR, ESR, and electronic spectra. The formation of a hyperoxide complex, MoO(tpp)(O2), in dichloromethane was confirmed.
