Abstract
In the new media era, the diversity and multi-level structure presented by the media have formed the multi-level main diversification of public opinion and circulation channels. The technical system of new media consists of the application system and the supporting system. Application systems include digital magazines, digital newspapers, digital broadcasting, social software, mobile TV and touch media, etc.; supporting systems include digital technology, Internet technology, and communication technology. Broadcasting and hosting in the new media era presents new characteristics such as authenticity, diversity, interactivity, uniqueness, timeliness and aesthetics. Based on the current situation, characteristics and skills of broadcasting and hosting in the new media era, this paper proposes innovative development paths for the broadcasting and hosting style to adapt to the development needs of the new media era.
