Abstract

Ionic liquids (ILs) are astonishing chemical compounds, illustrated by their exceptional properties and vital applications in a wide range of modern research fields. Because of its tunable potential and advantageous characteristics. With the exception of ionic liquids' physical and chemical properties, their potential biological application has piqued the interest of a large number of medical researchers, biochemists and ecologists. This work's primary goal is to prepare of novel fluorinated imidazolium ionic liquids via a green technic microwave irradiation. These novel ionic compounds were characterized by different methods spectroscopies (NMR, FI-IR and EA %). These ionic liquids were analyzed in silico accomplished to assess the physico-chemical, drug likeness, toxicity risks, lipophilicity features and combined between ionic liquids structures and their adequate biological activities.
