Abstract
The genus Apterodina Bechyn is redescribed and two new species with reduced wings, Apterodina bechynei n.sp. and Apterodina ruminyahui n.sp. are described from South America, and A. bucki Bechyn is redescribed. Brachypterodina new genus is described from Costa Rica along with the new species Brachypterodina morae and Brachypterodina gonzalezi. Keys to species of both genera are provided.
