DAVIDSSON P., LINDMARK L. and OLOFSSON C. (1994) New firm formation and regional development in Sweden, Reg. Studies 28, 395–410. Our data confirm that small firms are a major contributor of new jobs. It further turns out that new firm formation has an important influence on the development of regional economic well-being.xs DAVIDSSON P., LINDMARK L. et OLOFSSON C.
