Abstract
The article discusses the current state of the administrative legislation of Central Asian countries. It should be mentioned that the laws on administrative procedures of Central Asian countries are a new generation of legislation and comply with international standards. The adoption of laws on administrative procedures has marked an important milestone in the history of administrative reforms in Central Asian countries. They became a key legislative decision in changing the paradigm of public administration, creating a new administrative environment for citizens and businesses based on the principles of good governance. The semantic reception of administrative procedures is an urgent and difficult task for the legislator, and their proper implementation in the practice of administrative bodies is an extraordinary challenge for Central Asian countries.
