Abstract
A specific example of the practical implementation of a program for equipping plants in the sector with moisture meters is the development by the Karaganda branch of the VNIIAchermet special design office of several devices for measuring the moisture content of coke, coke breeze, nut cake, and iron-ore concentrate. The set of meters delivered to plants includes a so-called control-calibrating device. Methods of certifying the latter at the site of use and procedures for calibrating and checking moisture meters with these devices have also been developed.
