Abstract
输卵管癌在传统上被认为主要是继发癌,原发性输卵管癌的发病率很低,在女性生殖道肿瘤中居次要地位.近年研究显示,输卵管伞端存在与浆液性腺癌有关的系列病变,尤其是早期癌与前驱病变,表明输卵管伞端是多数盆腔浆液性腺癌的起源地,从而在很大程度上颠覆了人们以往对输卵管癌的认识,有关输卵管癌的定义、病变谱系、临床与病理形态等重要概念均需更新.为此,我们对有关输卵管癌的新的研究进展介绍如下。
