Abstract

Hyaluronic acid is currently one of the most universal and comprehensive tools of modern medicine. Intensive research is still being carried out to demonstrate further new possibilities of its use in the prevention and treatment of diseases and injuries of the musculoskeletal system, because HA is one of the few medicinal substances characterized not only by high therapeutic effectiveness, but also by high safety of use for the human body. The introduction of hybrid complexes of high and low molecular weight hyaluronic acid (H/L-HA) has increased the clinical utility of hyaluronic preparations by increasing the viscoelastic properties, increasing the anti-inflammatory and chondroprotective effects and thermodynamic stabilization of the preparation, which determines the extension of its half-life. Thus, it became more effective and useful in non-surgical treatment of osteoarthritis. Looking at the effectiveness of hybrid complexes, it is worth trying and using in your practice, for example, Sinodrial, which, in addition to the characteristics of the hybrid, has amino acids in its composition, which can also directly affect the production of collagen and the regeneration of joint cartilage.
