Abstract

The evolution of contemporary society is under the sign of knowledge, knowledge transfer and change, involving from the actors who form the new generations, educational actors, managers and teaching staff, a new dynamic in the process of adapting to the present conditions and the current requirements necessary to it is done on a personal and professional level. In this scientific communication, an analysis of the need for personal development of managers and teaching staff is proposed in the dynamic social context, for professional and personal development and in the provision of a quality educational act.
