Abstract
This paper describes studies of the effect of deuteration on the structure and dynamics of the Cs 5H 3(SO 4) 4·0.5H 2O lattice at low temperatures by inelastic neutron scattering and neutron powder diffraction. It has been found that diffraction spectra of Cs 5H 3(SO 4) 4·0.5H 2O and its deuterated analog with a high deuterium concentration differ by the number of reflex.
