Abstract
When the vacuoles of Candida albicans cells are made less acidic, this fungal pathogen becomes less virulent and potentially more manageable as an infectious agent, according to Rajini Rao of Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine in Baltimore, Md., and her collaborators.
