Abstract

A 45-year-old female presented with complaints of headache and lower limb weakness since 3 months before admission to the hospital and slurring of speech. Patient was known hypertensive with a blood pressure of 130/80 mmhg, a regular pulse rate of 90 times/min, a breath rate of 18 times/min, and an oxygen saturation of 98%.
