Abstract

A concept of net entropy of a fuzzy stochastic process is defined. It is shown that net entropies generalize sequential entropies of discrete-time abstract dynamical systems, in particular the known Kolmogorov-Sinai entropy. Net entropies could characterise chaotic properties of conventional stochastic processes, because the latter form a special class of fuzzy stochastic processes. Standard quantum dynamics can be also described in terms of fuzzy stochastic processes, hence the net entropies provide an alternative for various proposed quantum dynamical entropies.
