Abstract
The paper discusses the institute of impossibility of fulfilling obligations, subsequent impossibility and termination of the contract, fault for termination of the contract, contractual liability related to impossibility and termination of the contract, relationship between impossibility of fulfilling obligations and termination of the contract, objective and subjective delay, objective and subjective impossibility of fulfillment, lateness with the fulfillment of the contractual obligation due to the temporary impossibility of fulfillment and the delay of the debtor when the fulfillment of the obligation was possible.
