Abstract Six species of nematode-trapping fungi are reported from 14 isolations made from 30 soil samples of a tussock grassland soil in New Zealand. Two species, Harposporium lilliputanum Dixon and Monacrosporium parvicollis Drechsler, arc recorded for the first time in New Zealand.
