Abstract
Abstract Six species of nematode-trapping fungi are reported from 14 isolations made from 30 soil samples of a tussock grassland soil in New Zealand. Two species, Harposporium lilliputanum Dixon and Monacrosporium parvicollis Drechsler, arc recorded for the first time in New Zealand. The morphology and disease cycle of H. lilliputanum are described and illustrated
