Abstract
The role of postoperative radiation therapy (PORT) in the pathologically positive N1 neck after surgical extirpation of oral cavity cancer remains unclear. The objective of this study is to describe the characteristics and results of a cohort of pN1 oral cavity carcinoma patients treated without PORT in a tertiary cancer center.
