Abstract

This paper introduces a near-infrared light (NIR)-response intelligent drug delivery system (NDDS) based on TiO2 nanotube arrays(TNTs,) which can stimulate drug release by NIR to release anti-inflammatory drugs intelligently when the internal stimulation is insufficient. Under NIR stimulation, the system can release a large number of anti-inflammatory drugs quickly. It can also achieve the effect of controlled release. At the same time, the system has the advantages of a simple preparation process, low price, drug release sensitivity, and a multi-cycle pattern.
