Abstract
This empirical study investigates the prevalence and factors contributing to employee dissonance in the contemporary workplace particularly telecommunication industry. Using a mixed-methods approach, we explore the factors affecting employee dissonance concerning job insecurity, technological changes, leadership styles, and work-life balance. The findings aim to inform organizations about potential areas for intervention to enhance employee well-being and organizational performance.
