Abstract

Nature is a high-yielding, large-seeded tofu-type soybean [Glycine max (L.) Merr.] cultivar with elevated seed protein content developed at the Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada Research Centre, Harrow, Ontario. Nature is adapted to areas with 3150 or more crop heat units. Nature seeds have yellow hila and acceptable tofu processing quality for foreign and domestic markets. Key words: Glycine max (L.) Merr., soybean, cultivar description, tofu
